SUPREME COURT UPHOLDS CHALLENGE TO CHICAGO HAND-GUN BAN

The United States Supreme Court has issued its ruling in the challenge to Chicago's proposed ban on handguns. The ruling allows people to keep handguns in their homes as a means of self-defense.
