If it was a real execution this man appears to have been the victim of a "political assassination," a practice that has been declared to be a war-crime in the United States Of America, as well as every other civilized country.

SADDAM SNUFF FILM
I never bought the whole "Snuff Saddam!" thing. His trial was a complete sham in my opinion. In case you were too young to remember, here it is, but be careful, this is not for the squeamish:
